Bob Berlan
Bob recently retired after spending almost 37 years with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. A significant amount of that time was involved with managing, administering and overseeing HUD's Community Development programs including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME and the Supportive Housing (homeless) programs.
For the past ten years he has served as Director of the Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) in HUD's Milwaukee
Field Office with responsibility for all CPD programs throughout the State of Wisconsin.
He has a journalism degree from West Virginia
University and a Masters Degreein Public Administration (MPA) from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.

Bob is focusing on training and development. In particular, he assists clients with planning and management of government programs, particularly HUD related
