• With the client and partners, designs an evaluation strategy that will answer relevant
programmatic questions and balances cost, time, and depth of data. • Collects and compiles best practices that are used to inform new strategies and benchmark the program.
• Conducts primary research, including survey design, implementation, and analysis, focus group design, facilitation,
and analysis, and one‐on‐one interviews with a wide variety of populations.
• Supplements primary research with other collected data to demonstrate wide program connections

CASE STUDIES SHARE
For SHARE, a nonprofit food buying club, Urban Strategies is conducting an onsiteevaluation of their food sales at community organizations to determine if the model is successful and how it would be optimally implemented from a cost‐benefit perspective.
This evaluation includes customer surveys, partner interviews, observation, and financial analysis.

Froedtert Hospital
For a major hospital in Milwaukee that serves over 500,000 patients each year, Urban Strategies conducted community interviews and facilitated focus groups on staff and community perceptions of the hospital. Fifteen focus groups were conducted with staff and eight with community residents/patients of health clinics that partner with Froedtert. In addition, an online survey of managers was conducted and compiled. Findings were used to adjust and expand services.

Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC)
Urban Strategies measured the satisfaction and needs of low‐income individuals facing challenges while taking on the risk of starting a new business. Urban Strategies conducted a survey of business owners to recommend supportive programming.
