Task Force on Family Violence
To create a strategic plan for this advocacy and service organization, Urban Strategies conducted focus groups with clients on personal and family needs, referral agencies, funders, and a series of one‐on‐one, interviews with key personnel. Urban Strategies’ primary research on similar organizations around the country was utilized in evaluating local trend analysis and in considering various options for future collaborations and program development.

For this credit union looking to expand its membership base, Urban Strategies compiled data on similar organizations for best practices, particularly related to marketing practices. Urban Strategies interviewed staff and board regarding strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Finally Urban Strategies facilitated a strategic planning session with the board, staff, and key stakeholders to set a clear direction for the organization.
